Getting Settled In

Hi there! It's been a little bit since I've given any updates on moving so I thought I'd share some updates. My Go-To Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Hi there! I've been a little MIA this week because I've been so busy packing for my move. You can read about that big change here. At this point, I'm feeling less anxious about the change and transition, and more eager to have the move completed. Embracing Change and Transitions

Since I got a new job about two months ago, I've been wanting to write a post about the changes that have unfolded in my life. The timing hadn't seemed right because I wasn't sure what this new job meant for me or where it would take me. During my job search, I specifically applied to jobs with remote flexibility. Why I Recommend Intuitive Exercise

When I first started going to the gym in college, there was nothing intuitive about my exercise. I was used to moving my body at cheerleading practice and dance class, which were two things I loved. I've always enjoyed movement, and I knew that I needed to exercise to help combat my anxiety and the freshman loneliness I was experiencing.
